Private-alpha terms
The working rules for evaluating Receivable Radar before paid access opens.
Draft status — 16 July 2026. These are product-boundary notes, not final customer terms. The contracting legal entity, contact details, complete liability wording, and cancellation process must be reviewed before accounts or payments launch.
The service
Receivable Radar is intended to organize dated observations from public UK company records for businesses reviewing companies they invoice or may extend payment terms to.
Private-alpha functionality may change, be incomplete, or be withdrawn. Pricing shown on the prototype is a working commercial assumption until checkout launches.
Not a credit score or professional advice
The service does not declare a company safe, unsafe, solvent, insolvent, creditworthy, or likely to pay. It does not replace legal, accounting, insolvency, insurance, or credit-reference advice.
You must verify important observations at the official source and make your own proportionate decision. Do not use a signal as the sole basis for an automated adverse decision about a person or business.
Accounts and watchlists
You are responsible for access to your email account, the companies you choose to monitor, and the lawful use of the resulting information. Watch limits depend on the assigned plan and cannot be bypassed by creating duplicate accounts or automated requests.
Optional labels, tags, and exposure bands should not contain confidential personal data.
Acceptable use
- Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its providers.
- Do not resell raw data or imply affiliation with Companies House.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential, or unnecessary personal information.
- Do not use alerts for harassment, discrimination, or decisions prohibited by law.
Data and availability
Public filings can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or unavailable. The service uses bounded API result windows and may not include every historic filing. Failed or partial checks must not be presented as a reassuring result.
No uninterrupted service level is promised during private alpha. Material incidents and stale data should be visible rather than silently hidden.
Suspension, deletion, and future paid terms
Access may be suspended for security, abuse, legal, provider, or reliability reasons. Users must be able to export and request deletion of their account data before public signup.
Billing, renewals, VAT, refunds, cancellation, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms will be finalized before any payment is accepted. The intended governing law is England and Wales, subject to final legal review.
